Feeling a bit despondent.
But, I just had a yummy yummy breakfast of chopped apple, peach, plum, blueberries, and banana with soy yogurt and some apple granola sprinkled on top. Yes, I eat granola. And tofu. And kale. And quinoa. And other stereotypical "hippie foods." Because they're TASTY and good for you, it's like everybody wins. I never would have guess a year and a half ago that tofu would be one of my top five favorite foods, but it is. So versatile, so easy to cook, so much cheaper than meat, and much healthier. You really can't go wrong. Unless you buy into the fear mongering about soy - soy is unhealthy? Have you looked at that Arby's shite you're eating? Soy destroys the rainforest? Where do you think that soy goes to, my tofu? 90% of the world's soy goes to feed animals - animals that people eat.
